  13. Does anybody know of any rules and/or guidelines for authorship 
  14. written or endorsed by a recognized organization.  Such organizations
  15. would include funding agencies, research journals, universities, 
  16. governmental bodies, professional associations or any other 
  17. appropiate bodies.

  19. Any information on how the rules and/or guidelines are enforced, 
  20. if at all, would also be appreciated.  If there
