  16. The color of the hats of the smurfs that rise are blue or red.

  19. If you meant 'not apart from', then it's only 999)

  21. The smurfs, being logical little vlue devils, noted that the 
  22. mayor didn't say 'Only smurfs wearing red hats stand up.' (i.e.
  23. exclusive of the smurfs wearing blue hats), he told
  24. the red hatted smurfs to stand up, so they did.
