  19.   Anybody have any idea how I would go about buying some chips from a place
  20.   in England?  I found something on the net that would be perfect for a musical
  21.   toy I want to build.  It's a keyboard (i.e. synthesizer) scanner that outputs
  22.   serial data according to MIDI (the synthesizer standard protocol) specs.
  23.   Sounds like one needs to add a clock crystal and power, and the rest is in
  24.   the chip.  So what's the conversion from "pounds sterling" to US dollarinos?
  25.   Better yet, if anybody has anyway to find out if such a chip is built and
  26.   distributed in the US, that would be great.
