- Weird stuff. Sometimes you get the impression that the government
- makes it up as they go along. Make the rules ambiguous (or, better,
- all inclusive), then enforce them selectively. Means they can do
- whatever they want. (For the benefit of those readers outside the US:
- the law here says that police can't stop a motor vehicle without
- cause. But the speed limits are set so that they _always_ have
- cause. :-)
