- johnson space center is sending up a GAS(see below) shuttle experiment
- in '93. the purpose of the GAS project is to launch 6 different size
- spheres in order to calibrate ground radar so that
- "space junk" can be monitored. at this point, i think the
- plan is just monitor the stuff so the shuttle can steer clear.
