  18.      The former suggestion seems reasonable to me - the name is
  19. clear and fairly unambiguous.  The second, though, has a connotation
  20. that I'm not comfortable with - specifically, that everything posted
  21. to rec.scouting.policy is somehow not "wisdom".
  22.      Why not just create rec.scouting.policy and leave the current
  23. newsgroup for the miscellany?
