- Does anyone know a good place to do measured mile intervals
- close to Columbia (116th & B'way)? I'll list my present choices,
- and the drawbacks of each:
- 1. Baker's field track - far uptown, closed to all but varsity athletes
- according to the athletic department
- 2. Riverside park - no markings for distance
- 3. Reservoir in Central Park - marked well but overcrowded, especially
- for intervals
- 4. Delacorte oval - marked well but a 5 mile round trip for me
- Thanks,
- Joel Bader
