- I had heard somewhere that part of the problem with the Bat was that the ground
- it was on was too soft. Probably just hearsay, though.

- Anyway, I rode the Bat soon after it debuted, and I was pretty unimpressed.
- It seemed more like a fast chair lift than a coaster. They did do a good
- job of incorporating the natural trees, though.
