  13. Strange but true. The algae grows in the layer of water that collects at the
  14. bottom of a diesel fuel tank; it is fed by various organic contaminants that
  15. precipitate out of the fuel. See your M-B dealer parts dept. for a fuel
  16. conditioner that will kill it.
