  18.     Allright, so what is the best way to deter a thief??  I've considered
  19. a Club-type device, but like someone said earlier, just cut the steering
  20. wheel.  I've considered an alarm, but don't have the money right now.  
  21. Is there a good, inexpensive way to make a thief look at somebody else's
  22. car??
