- Last year I wrote a long article about doing this. If you can find
- it, read it. You MUST HAVE the steering wheel puller and the steering
- wheel spring compressor.

- Without tilt or telescopic, this not a bad job with the pullers, a
- 7/32 nut driver and a #1 straight screwdriver. Figure 45 minutes if
- you are adept. Oh, you also need a torx socket set and a regular
- socket set.
