- I am in the market for a small commuter car with the ability to travel
- at reasonable freeway speeds (say, 60 mph) and a range of at least
- 60 miles. I am intrigued by electric cars for a number of reasons, but
- don't know where in my area (or elsewhere) to begin looking.
-
- I am especially wondering if I could take an old Triumph, MG, Graduate,
- Spyder, etc. body and convert it to pure electric somehow. I have heard
- of a company in Santa Rosa, CA, that does conversions but can't seem
- to locate them.
-
- Any pointers at all on electric car info would be greatly appreciated,
