  13. I am in the market for a small commuter car with the ability to travel
  14. at reasonable freeway speeds (say, 60 mph) and a range of at least
  15. 60 miles. I am intrigued by electric cars for a number of reasons, but
  16. don't know where in my area (or elsewhere) to begin looking.

  18. I am especially wondering if I could take an old Triumph, MG, Graduate,
  19. Spyder, etc. body and convert it to pure electric somehow. I have heard
  20. of a company in Santa Rosa, CA, that does conversions but can't seem
  21. to locate them.

  23. Any pointers at all on electric car info would be greatly appreciated,
