- I've been keeping stats over the past four years. I have only twice got
- a reply to a submission in less than three months, and since I've
- been selling regularly to some of these magazines (like Amazing) I
- would assume that my stuff does not go to the bottom of the slush
- pile. I certainly don't get concerned until at least four months
- have gone by and probably wouldn't send out a query until after
- at least six months.
