  18. I've been keeping stats over the past four years.  I have only twice got
  19. a reply to a submission in less than three months, and since I've
  20. been selling regularly to some of these magazines (like Amazing) I
  21. would assume that my stuff does not go to the bottom of the slush
  22. pile.  I certainly don't get concerned until at least four months
  23. have gone by and probably wouldn't send out a query until after
  24. at least six months.
