- I also have had the same experience. It wasn't that I didn't have the
- money - it was that I mislaid it! Anyway, I went to their office and
- paid the current AND the next month's bill. They eliminated the late
- fee. My late fee is $5.00 on a monthly ~$30 cable bill. It might
- work for you as well.
