- The C.A.U.S.E. Journal, Cultural Alliance for Unity and
- Social Equality, is a new quarterly publication from the
- students at Springfield College, School of Human Services in
- Springfield, MA and Manchester, NH.
-
- Through the use of this journal, we hope to reinforce the
- root-cause philosophy by offering some of the best samples
- of writing and thoughts that the student body has to offer.
- We hope these writings will serve as a guide and
- inspiration in addressing root-cause not only in other
- student's studies, but also in the field of human services
- that they may work in.
-
- The problem of root-cause analysis is a national problem and
- is profound. The general public is easily dupes by
- politicians and the media. They readily accept what they
- hear and see without question. Those in positions of power
- use this to their full advantage to continue the oppression
- of many peoples. People are not encouraged to analyze or
- criticize their government. In fact, our society is
- encouraged to blame victims of social injustice and
- inequality. We hope that this journal will provide you with
- some help in your quest to discover the truth whatever it
- may be.
