  11. The best way to decide where to report a bug in some version of GNU
  12. Emacs is to look in the distribution you got and see if it mentions a
  13. specific place other than bug-gnu-emacs@prep.ai.mit.edu.  If it does,
  14. send the bug report to the place that is mentioned.  Otherwise, send
  15. it to bug-gnu-emacs@prep.ai.mit.edu, as described in the Bugs chapter
  16. of the Emacs manual.
