- It is useless to report a bug without a test case and ask if anyone
- has a fix. How would someone find a fix--by going into a trance?
- Certainly not by debugging a failure case, because you have not
- supplied one.

- And if someone did have a fix, how would he know it? There is no way
- to test the fix and see if it really solves the problem.

- to write a bug report that will really help people fix a bug.
