  12. It is useless to report a bug without a test case and ask if anyone
  13. has a fix.  How would someone find a fix--by going into a trance?
  14. Certainly not by debugging a failure case, because you have not
  15. supplied one.

  17. And if someone did have a fix, how would he know it?  There is no way
  18. to test the fix and see if it really solves the problem.

  21. to write a bug report that will really help people fix a bug.
