  22. People who find a bug often seem to assume that it is an inevitable
  23. law of nature, and can never change.  Actually, most bugs result from
  24. small details of the code and can be fixed.

  27. bug-gnu-emacs@prep.ai.mit.edu.  Put in the full details of how to
  28. reproduce the problem.  This is the only way the bug will get fixed.
