- Can anyone point me to a market in Herdon/Reston, McLean, Fairfax area that
- carries *RED* skinless and boneless canned salmon? I can find pink salmon with
- no problem but red salmon has proven elusive. [Why Red? Because if you make
- salmon mousse with pink salmon, it comes out grayish. Red salmon yields a pink
- mousse.]
