  10. Can anyone point me to a market in Herdon/Reston, McLean, Fairfax area that
  11. carries *RED* skinless and boneless canned salmon?  I can find pink salmon with
  12. no problem but red salmon has proven elusive.  [Why Red?  Because if you make
  13. salmon mousse with pink salmon, it comes out grayish.  Red salmon yields a pink
  14. mousse.]
