- :Greetings,
-
- :Just recently began subscribing to this newsgroup and have learned
- :more about my system (Xenix 2.3.2) in the last few days than in
- :the previous 6 months. Thanks..
-
- :I had a number of questions and after checking the FAQ and looking
- :through the items at anomaly.. I'm still left with a question about
- :the bug in the print spooler (the bug that causes print requests to
- :interrupt a currently printing job).
-
- :Has there been a fix for this? And if so, where is it and how can I
- :get it? Any info?
-
- This sounds like the ``assign two printers to the same device and
- have both enabled'' bug. I've been running SCO Xenix since 1987
- starting with release 2.2.4 and have never seen a problem like
- this unless I mismanaged my printer system. Sounds like UM (User
- Malfunction :-) to me.
