  34. yes, the instructions ARE directly out of SCO magazine, which frequently 
  35. publishes instructions straight from SCO technical support ... 
  36. (but nice try at the cheap shot tho, you're getting better with each try)
  37. HOWEVER --- (and I direct this to the fellow who first asked the question,
  38. and any others who might ask questions in the future)  don't trust ME or
  39. ANYONE on the net - check it out for yourself!!!   Call SCO or get SCO
  40. magazine and verify it ... (repeated for those of you who failed to read
  41. the same line in my original post)
  42. so how about it Marc, again I'll challenge you, give SCO a call and ask
  43. them what they suggest for making the change ... and then post the response
  44. you get ...

  46. as for this not being the BEST way to do it, we could argue that till the
  47. cows come home and it won't accomplish anything ... but I am interested in
  48. learning the views of some of the more experienced folks out there, 
  49. (Chip Rosenthal, Bill Davidsen, JP Radley, Bill Campbell, and all the
  50. others out there I might have missed, but whose expertise, knowledge, and
  51. wisdom I value and respect so greatly :-) )
  52. so how about it guys, what do you think about this?  if this is wrong or
  53. just not the best way to do the job, I do want to learn about it ...
