  17. I'm trying to install PPP on a DEC2100 running Ultrix3.1. I got the source
  18. ppp-streams.tar.Z from an ftp site. According to the README this could
  19. be installed on BSD4.3 systems. It requires the source code for the
  20. following kernel objects: if.o, init_main.o, tty_conf.o, tty_pty.o
  21. I ftp'd a bunch of source files that belonged to the BSD4.3 net2-source,
  22. but it seems that there are too many differences between Ultrix and net2
  23. so I don't think I can use those source files.
  24. So I'm stuck.
  25. Anyone out there who got PPP on Ultrix running?
  26. Any clues where to get the kernel objects with PPP support or the Ultrix
  27. sources to build a kernel with PPP?
