- Hmmm, when I did a customizable install of 2.1 I was allowed to
- create a seperate /var partition. Maybe you're to trusting of the
- "automatic"/default install option? I've never trusted vendor's
- to provide a decent "default" configuration so I always choose
- "custom" options if available...
