- I would tend to agree. I visited their head office (nice new digs just
- north of Toronto, much bigger than their old location) and they seem to
- be getting their act together. The recent expansion also suggests that
- they're doing something right...

- Technical support staff is being beefed up, they say, and they're
- painfully aware of their Usenet reputation. More people have been hired
- for this task.

- (R4.2), and the introduction of a software-based RAID facility that will
