- Yo, its too early in the moring (10:20pm), and I now all
- off a sudden need to know what the proper way to lock
- the /etc/passwd and /etc/group (if aplicable) is.

- I know that vipw creates a link called ptmp, but what is
- the proper way to make that link. In general, what is
- the `magic' sequence of `calls' necessage to so called
- `lock' those file.
