  15. Yo, its too early in the moring (10:20pm), and I now all
  16. off a sudden need to know what the proper way to lock
  17. the /etc/passwd and /etc/group (if aplicable) is.

  19. I know that vipw creates a link called ptmp, but what is
  20. the proper way to make that link.  In general, what is
  21. the `magic' sequence of `calls' necessage to so called
  22. `lock' those file.
