- It also means there's no need to increase it and if you are _really_
- in a bind you could even decrease it a bit (say to 25000 blocks).

- You can't decrease it to something outrageous (like 10 blocks) 'cause there
- comes a point where even if you aren't using Swap, A/UX (and other UNIXs)
- get nervous about how much it has "left" in case it _will_ need it.
