  13. Since I have MacLinkPlus, I also have DOS Mounter 3.00. What this CDEV
  14. does, for those who are curious, is enable DOS floppies to appear on the
  15. Mac desktop - very nice. The thing is that it makes _all_ floppy disk
  16. access (under A/UX... the MacOS too) _very_ slow, whether it's a DOS
  17. disk or a Mac disk.

  19. There are two other similar packages out there: Access PC and Apple's own
  20. Mac PC Exchange.

  22. My question: does anyone know if either of these other two packages are
  23. fully compatible with A/UX (you would hope Mac PC Exc. would be, coming
  24. from Apple... yeah, sure)? I've heard that both are quicker than DOS Mounter
  25. and they run about the same price but it's the compatibility question
  26. that's the key.
