- Using smit to configure TCP/IP over a serial optical link I noticed
- that I have to do it on both machines at almost the same time
- (10-20 seconds of each other). Is it the way it is or should be?

- Also, if I power down and up both machines at almost the same time
- the TCP/IP will be up. If I just "reboot" both machines at almost
- the same time, the TCP/IP won't be up. Why?
