  33. I think you have hit the same problem we did - does it stop with a
  34. steady number (I don't remember exactly - 578?)
  35. It (substitute your most most appropriate expletive here) annoyed us 
  36. since it is a "known" problem.

  38. The upgrade misses writing a line to /etc/filesystems.

  40. You will have to do the following:
  41. - boot to maintenance mode
  42. - getrootfs hdisk0 sh   (if your boot logical volume spans more than one
  43.                          disk - getrootfs hdisk0 hdisk2 ....)
  44.  (evidently /etc/continue is gone in 3.2)
  45. - vi /etc/filesystems
  46.  for /, /usr and /var add the stanza "type = bootfs"
  47.  
  48. -Then reboot
