  14. RLP Rewind the Line Printer may not have been a legitimate
  15. mneumonic but it was a great way to generate an interrupt
  16. or create an error condition to test.  Insert a Rewind
  17. instruction with the numeric designator for the printer
  18. or punch and you've got your interrupt.

  20. An early machine I worked on had a JSR instruction (for
  21. real) Jump or Skip at Random, the only problem was you had
  22. to let the engineers know 24 hours in advance before you
  23. were going to use the instruction so they could make
  24. sure the instruction was working correctly (not a part of
  25. the regular maintenance).
