  12. A friend of mine works with SLCs with 16 Meg of RAM.
  13. What sorts of upgrades are available?

  15. Is there a way to take RAM > 16 Meg?
  16. I believe the SLC upgrades into a ELC for ~ $2k.  Is that a 100%
  17. upgrade?  I.e., would the upgraded S/ELC be completely like a ELC,
  18. including the faster IO and everything?

  20. Sun is supposed to be working on a < $5k color box using a new
  21. CPU at around 40 SPECmarks.  Any clue on whether the SLC will
  22. upgrade into it, and if so, at what sort of price?
