  13. There a different Sun SIMM extraction tool.  It looks like it's
  14. made of cast aluminum.  It also appears to work well (I haven't
  15. used it personally) but I've seen it in action.  I don't know 
  16. if it's generally available.

  18. We are a Sun PEP customer.  This means that we have someone
  19. on staff who is Sun certified technician.  So we may have
  20. obtained it that way.
