- I would set ttytab from std.9600 t0 new.19200.

- In your gettytab copy the std.9600 and make a new entry called
- new.19200 change the baud rate to 19200 and ADD ms=crtscts:
- to the entry.

- On your modem lock the interface speed to 19200 and enable hardware
- handshaking (CTS). Anybody dialing in will be very very happy.
