  19. Is there a FAQ list in this group?  We keep two weeks of news, and I
  20. couldn't find a FAQ list there.  I would appreciate if somebody could
  21. send me a copy or point me to an archive.  We have an IRIS (Indigo) on
  22. loan, but no TFMs, except for the on-line man pages.

  24. I'm also interested in 3rd party memory and peripherals for Indigo.  We
  25. are currently evaluating an Indigo system; the sales reps, as usually,
  26. are not very willing to talk about h/w from other vendors.  I'd like to
  27. hear from Indigo users what kind of memory and disks were they able to
  28. plug into the system.

  30. One more question: does anybody have a _working_ amd automounter ("amd",
  31. not the one that comes with IRIX) for IRIX 4.0.5?  Our network consists
  32. almost exclusively of Suns, and we use "amd" quite heavily.  It would be
  33. a pain for me if amd didn't work or if it worked unreliably on the IRIS.
