  14. Since no-one on Usenet seemed all that sure, I thought I'd call NeXT and
  15. ask when we might expect 3.0 to appear. I was told that it started 'shipping'
  16. on Monday, August 28th, and to expect my copy within a couple of weeks.

  18. This could just be bullshit to appease customers, but it's what they say.

  20. I was also amazed at:
  21.    a) How prompt they were to answer; I didn't have to wait at all.
  22.    b) How polite they were when dealing with a inquisative jerk like myself.
