  14. Thanks to those that answered my question. The way I got it to work  
  15. is:

  17. chown of pcomm to uucp
  18. chmod of pcomm to u+s
  19.  
  20. I also chown of pcomm.dial_dir and pcomm.param to uucp so the dialing  
  21. directory and setup parameters could be saved. After this, it works  
  22. fine.
