- I discovered something about the System 7 finder which is
- not mentioned in the Macintosh Reference and not in
- The System 7 Book by Graig Danuloff. Also I haven't read it
- anywere, on the net or a magazine.

- For some it might be usefull to know this:

- Whenever you hold down the shift-key during startup no
- extensions will be loaded and no item in the Startup
- Items Folder will be executed.
- However, when you startup normal and start holding down
- the shift-key after the last extension is loaded but before
- the Finder is completely started no item in the Startup
- Items Folder will be executed.
