  19. I remember obtaining a file (I believe it was called "serial.c") from the
  20. Symantec forum on Compuserve quite awhile ago.  I don't have it readily
  21. available at the moment, but it provides what you're asking for.  It's
  22. all really quite simple... much simpler than working with the Comm
  23. Toolbox.
