  17. Are the colors that wont animate Black and White? If not, I have no clue
  18. what is wrong. If so, the Palette Manager does that on purpose (so
  19. windows, menus, etc can be drawn) and you should probably let it do so. If
  20. you just gotta change those colors, I expect the Color Manager can do it,
  21. but I dont have details. (I have never tried to do this)
