  23.          dealers here in French Riviera. I went into 5 or 6
  24.          stores, and the impression they gave me was of
  25.          complete ignorance of what IS a Macintosh, what makes
  26.          it different from say PCs, what is a user's real
  27.          need and what configuration would be the best choice.
  28.          The one I made the deal was the only serious one.

  30.          More or less, and this is a very BAD point, the
  31.          salespeople sells computers like shoes, or houses. In
  32.          my region, I am afraid the best counter-advertising
  33.          to Apple comes from its local dealer net. They are
  34.          CROOKS.
