  11. In the directory pub/powerbook is a new directory for
  12. The_Regulator_1.3, my hack to set sleep & hard disk spin settings on a
  13. PowerBook or Portable depending upon whether the battery charger is
  14. plugged into the PowerBook or not.  This version fixes a problem not
  15. recognizing plug state at startup.  Thanks to Charlie Rieman for the
  16. code fixes.
