- Think about it, apple and IBM are jointly developing a new computer platform
- that will be able to run the old software of both platforms, but not
- be either. Motorola is developing the chipset, and from what I've heard will
- be able to sell it to 3rd parties. IBM didn't want to get into the legal
- battle with Apple that Microsoft and HP did, so they got the rights to
- elements of the interface. Apple has some good points, and was once
- one of the best GUIs around, but they are loosing ground fast. Try OS/2
- and WPS before you get in a tizzy, you might be suprised.
