- At first you complained that apple charged 99 dollars for system 7.
- Then someone pointed out that system 7 was free, you just didnt
- get the nice printed manuals and disks. Now you are saying
- that that isnt enough. You want apple to give you the manuals
- and everything for free? G'zs it would also be nice if apple
- gave away everything for free, but there comes appoint were you
- have to charge for stuff, its called capitalism. If you
- must have directions for system 7 go to the book store and pick
- up a book on system 7, there are dozens of them. The only
- time i needed to use the system 7 manual, (over the system 6
- manual, (i was one of the lucky ones who got sys6 and sys7 for
- free with my machine) i only needed to look up keyboard
- short cuts, everything else was covered in the system 6 manual.
- What about alias and such you might ask? I found them to be
- very straight forward and didnt ever need to read about them.
- Same with file sharing, virtual memory, etc.
