  19. IBM may charge for future upgrades to OS/2, their policy isn't set yet. 
  20. The reason that all upgrades have been free up to now is that they are
  21. a very customer oriented company, and until they get a product out to a     
  22. customer that is worth the customers money, they'll fix it.  With OS/2 2.0
  23. they did that, the CSD or whatever is going to be free, unlike microsloths
  24. bug fixes, but all future upgrades probably won't be free.

  26. However, OS/2 with WPS beats macs user interface, and offers a nice OS for
  27. the power user.
