- Well, I may have come across my first Mac virus,
- but I can't find it listed anywhere.
-
- Being a developer I very rarely buy SW or get disks from anyone so I never
- bothered to get a virus sniffer. But last week I bought
- Expert Astronomer (only the 4rth commercial product I've bought) and
- after using it about 30 minutes I hear a whistling sound and suddenly my
- keyboard ceased working. When I would try to type in something I would
- get a cutsie ping sound. I quickly backed up my source code and RUSHED out
- Too get a copy of SAM but it couldn't find anything wrong. Since then I
- haven't had any problems. I updated SAM so it is current.
-
- So does this thing sound familiar?
-
- I am running a Mac IIci with Sys 7.
