- This is of course not the group for a -discussion- either of grammar or of
- linguistic imperialism. However:

- The posting about "it's" and "its" was not a criticism --- it was a
- statement of fact. If the language of comp.sys.mac.misc were French, say,
- then one of its attractions would, to some people, be the opportunity of
- improving their French.

- An easy way to remember which is which is to recall "his" and "he's". That
- establishes the pattern not only for "its" and "it's", but for "your"/"you're"
- and "their"/"they're" as well.
