  12. Hello all.  I was wondering if anyone could help me out or if this has
  13. occured to anyone else.  A friend of mine was making back-up on System
  14. 7 by just duplicating the file.  In the middle of duplicating the
  15. file it stopped.  After it stopped, the icon disappeared and we can't
  16. seem to recover the original file.  Unfortunately my friend had
  17. deleted the old back-up file before making a new one.  I was wondering
  18. if this has happend to anyone else, and the different possible
  19. solutions to this problem.  I think the pointer to the location of the
  20. file on the hard drive was some how erased.  We are hoping the file is
  21. still on the hard drive, it's just a matter of finding the location of
  22. it.  If anyone has any ideas, comments (useful please), or suggestions
  23. please e-mail me.  Thanks!!
