- If you're looking for a client-server paradigm, then there are a bunch
- of options. HyperCard is, for example, the choice of Sybase for
- Macintosh client software. If you can find some of the Oracle
- externals (although Oracle prefers using the Spinnaker solution) you
- can go that route. DAL is another. If you want to go on a
- client-client database (e.g. 4D), I think the only solutions available
- are from 1st Desk Systems (their stuff is still in alpha/beta
- depending on who you are), and I think FoxBase has a client-client
- solution as well.
