  12. I've had a 170 since October with no problems other than the 
  13. disk drive interference problem that was quickly fixed by
  14. Apple.  I lug the thing everywhere including many airplane
  15. flights and rental cars.  No problems.

  17. Also, your friend is a service tech and of course he sees
  18. a lot of problems.  People don't go to a service person if
  19. their computer is working! [g]
