  12. Daniel - if you have trouble finding the necessary keys in Dvorak mode,
  13. remember that starting the Mac with the shift key down will prevent ex-
  14. tensions from loading.  The Dvorak is tried was an extension, confused the
  15. keyboard so much I could not work at all.

  17. This advice applies to System 7.x use of course. Avoiding extension loading
  18. has been useful when something 'newly added' confuses me or the computer!
